looking for a bearish cross of the moving avg. First cross occurred, looking for second which could potentially send the stock lower. Stock Loss 64.50

also see a potential head and shoulders set up by the AD , which might be actually be a bear flag. regardless approaching an apex decision time for bears/bulls soon
