RSI on 1H is about to cross level 40 and RSI on 12H is about to cross level 60. IF white energy on Phoenix Ascending starts climbing levels that will confirm a bullish pump. Keep an eye on RSI mainly.
Since price on 12H is far from basis on bollinger waves we cant expect a big jump in prices yet.
