MACRO BLX SHORT!? Volume Divergence + Upper Bollinger Cross

Looking at macro view of BLX. Am I crazy here? Can someone explain why this isn't bearish on a large scale to me?

I'm bullish on BTC in long term, but this has got me scratching my head...
