I don't think bottom is in yet, I want to see a bullish divergence setup in the RSI. This means forming a lower low on the price however RSI going up. Come end of November price should be at 60k

Perfect TA. Price retraced to expected value also confirming divergence by bouncing off 30 on the RSI.
