Potential target price is in proximity of the circle with the sweet spot being at the dotted horizonal line.

5th wave target reached at the upper 
25K ish horizonal dotted line that has been drawn up there since quite awhile ago. I believe I had mentioned that target point in after my first posted idea on November 21 & then again in December as the potential point for wave 5 to end. It took awhile but it got there!
