BTC building a base or building a house of straw?
The symmetrical triangle forming at the apex of the 2018 correction is coming to a head. I expect volatility to return to Bitcoin soon and violently move to test some important zones. Will institutional money move quick enough to reverse the down trend or will regulation continue to delay critical infrastructure progress?
