Not saying that things can't change but we may be in for another reversal when the RSI bounces down from the lowering ceiling and we won't make another higher high.

One more thing to add is that we've had the highest weekly RSI since 2013. Even 2018 had a lower peak.Also weekly MACD looks like it may cross from above. So there are several things pointing to a reversal. Not saying that it's going to happen, just informing about the signals.
Alternatively BTC has to make a strong move to break through those bearish signals.
