*HARD FACTS ABOUT BTC’S MONTHLY CHART (BITSTAMP)* (BY CRYPTO SINGH)
There are loads of opinions regarding where the price of BTC is headed and where the bottom might be. There are also a lot of doubts whether BTC will go to zero or not.
I am a true believer in the saying “When in doubt, zoom out”, and so, to really zoom out properly, we need to fully understand BTC’s Monthly chart and fully dissect all the facts.
After studying BTC’s BITSTAMP chart on the Monthly time-frame on Trading View, here are the facts:
AS OF 16 MAY 2022: TOTAL # OF CANDLES: 130 TOTAL GREEN CANDLES: 71 TOTAL RED CANDLES: 59 (Assuming MAY '22=RED)

Looking at the above history of consecutive candles, we can come to the conclusion that: The green corner is a winner when it comes to 2 consecutive candles (9 times over 7 times) The red corner is a winner when it comes to 3 consecutive candles (5 times over 2 times) The red and green corners both share the spoils when it comes to 4 consecutive candles (2 times each) The green corner is a winner when it comes to 5 consecutive candles (2 times over zero) The green corner is a winner when it comes to 6 consecutive candles (3 times over once)
My verdict: Currently we are on our second consecutive red month. I believe we will have 3 more red months (that’s right, total 5 consecutive red candles), albeit each candle will be very small. There won’t be anymore engulfing red candles to the downside. We’ve already had 2 engulfing red candles in April & May 2022; The next few ones will be very small.
