Two simple options as resume of this situation. Dont expect that BTC will "walk" sideways after taking the decision... Both results will lead to a good trading opportunities...

I think is just at the first possible reversal zone... If bulls will be strong enough and able to push it above 9800, strong resistance (next blue line) will be hit soon...
