BTC/USD - Possible IH&S

If we see this IH&S play out, there are two paths I see BTC taking.
It will either retrace after reaching the target from the breakout of the bull flag, or it will be retracing here.

If it does retrace to complete the IH&S, I could see it bounce off the .236 Fib line
