Firstly, Yesterday BTC has filled $39600 CME GAP and Currently BTC price is around $40000 at the time of writing, If BTC stay at above $40300 approx. 1Hr then move to next Resistance Maximum $41800.
Secondly, one day EMA Below the 50 signal line and showing Bearish momentum of August 2023.

Currently High of BTC is due to google allow ads in Crypto
News: Today CB consumer confidence and Job Opening data may affect on BTC

If BTC break the 43500 Resistance Level, The Next Target of BTC will be $48500 to complete its Reversal Patterns "Inverted H&S.
