Should we expect BTC to breakout (again)

Diamond bottom pattern formed. But volatility is very low. Should we expect a breakout of BTC again to test 42300?

Note

Finally, the diamond pattern (on 4H timeframe) was broken-down (not a breakout as expected). At the time of writting this, BTC is retesting the right lower-edge of the diamond pattern. I think that it's likely BTC would go down at least to 39K (the lower trendline of parallel channel) with a possible wick of 38400.
