Bitcoin: Fibs Or Foe AKA Bulls or Bears

meanwhile we really have a great momentum upwards, but speaking in fibs, btc touched my fib which is great resistance at 59.3k
currently i hold no bitcoins, just some strong alts
My view is we really need a strong media exposure to move higher, or funds to move from ALTs to BTC, Either ways ALTS are currently a win win situation
TL/DR MY btc bags are sold and Im moving them to alts
