BTCUSDT is testing a key level!
The price bounced on the monthly support at 17-18k area and now the price is trying to have a breakout from the key level on the 4h timeframe.
How to approach it?
IF the price is going to have a breakout from the 4h resistance and retest as new support, According to Plancton's strategy, we can set a nice order
