As I mentioned in previous idea about btc, the price has hit both targets. Now we are waiting for two new targets 12k and 4k. The reason of this falling is buying more coin by people at the low part of chart where normally brokers and whales buy coins. But when most of traders recognise this part and enter long position, whales and brokers don't buy there, the price goes down and down till people stop buying Bitcoin. Then you see a pump to sell what they've bought. This is the rule of controlling liquidity in market.
