double combination or triple combination for the flag pattern

it needs the breakout of the $4.3 to be a double combination or slide to the $2.2 to be a triple combination. buy at $2.2 and hold till the $12.5 or wait for the breakout of the $4.3.
Note
unusual buying activity. C98 seems bullish now.
