Oil ready to pop.
Get ready for much higher oil prices, way past $70 this year. Current PSAR charge trajectory suggest not an immediate surge, but a short consolidation between the 'monthly' 200MA and VWAP ('century' calculated). Expect a large breakout shortly after, anywhere between Spring and Late Summer 2020.
