According to my research on dash and this technical analysis , I will buy some dash coins at 220$ for a final target around 520$ .
There is two potential entries:
1- Before the breakout of the wedge , stop loss in profit when dash reach 250$ .
2- After the breakout of the wedge , stop loss in profit when dash reach 270$ .
There is 3 targets as you can see on the chart , I will sell 1/4 at 320$ , 1/4 at 415$ and 2/4 at 520$ .
Technical analysis :
- Blue trendline who is a major player in this analysis
- Strong support zone ( look this huge bounce last september )
- Confluence of two fibonacci retracement level
- Highly responsive to oversold stochastic : (130$ to 400$ in 6 weeks last time is was oversold)
- Dash is in correction phase (falling wedge) and I expect a futur impulsive wave once this wedge is broke .
- Dash was 20$ in february ,120$ in march , 200$ in june and 400$ in august . So a 520$ dash coin is easily reachable .
Fundamental analysis :
Dash coin have a strong market penetration.Why ?
1- The speed excecution is really fast compared to other coins, Dash has an optional feature called InstantSend .
2- The fees are relativily low
3- It's more private to use , it breaks transactions up into many smaller pieces and sends them all over, making it impossible to tell which payment came from where, protecting user privacy.
What else ?
The block reward of dash is made in three parts:
- The first 45 % goes to Dash’s miners.
- Another 45% percent goes to its Masternodes. Masternodes are those who have invested 1,000 dash . So decision are made by people who dedicate their life to dashcoin.
- 10% is set aside to fund the Dash network & Development . This means the currency itself can hire coders, marketers, even media professionals to improve the currency , its adoption, and general ecosystem.
**So dash can run itself without any corporate or volunteers assistance. **
Finally , If we take a look at dash forecast on internet , forums and books , the sentiment tell us that most people believe in a 1000$ dashcoin in 2018 .
