We're just about at a point that I'm confident we'll see a significant turnaround. The last time 
DOGE crossed this support was back on 1/30 and it went bananas after that. This is where to buy, IMHO.
This is only advice for people who have money to burn and don't mind getting burned. I'm wrong all the time (although not so much withDOGE so far).
