Pennant forming on a pennant? DOGE

Don't think I've seen something like this specifically in a long time so not sure what it indicates. Looks like a pennant formed off the previous pennant and subsequent upshoot. Hopefully, this helps the next leg higher as DOGEUSD continues to gain mainstream appeal.
