DOT both moves are possible
dot ois moving in a corrective pattern it looks like it will rise but as
i see dot is showing the chances for both moves
a move above or below the pastern will show the next price direction
considering BTC latest development we can see DOT moving down here again

i posted Dot analysis two days ago ,after the price broke out on the upper part of the pattern DOT increased quickly and almost reached the forest target .the chances are that it can rise more today
how ever don't forget that the first target can be considered reached.
