You should pay special attention to DXY, why?
If USD is the base currency (USD/XXX), then the DXY and the currency pair should move the same direction.
Example :
If DXY go up , EURUSD go down and vice versa.
If USD is the quote currency (XXX/USD), then the DXY and the currency pair should move in opposite directions.
If DXY go up , USDCHF go up and vice versa.
If USD is the base currency (USD/XXX), then the DXY and the currency pair should move the same direction.

If DXY go up , EURUSD go down and vice versa.
If USD is the quote currency (XXX/USD), then the DXY and the currency pair should move in opposite directions.
If DXY go up , USDCHF go up and vice versa.
