A undecided Dollar.
The past few weeks, Dollar has been trapped in a rising undecided price action, which indicates one of the two things. Dollar has been building pressure to burst to the upside or to the downside. If we witness a break to the upside will see a rally to achieve 98.00, if we break to the downside we'll see a rally to achieve 92.00. Good luck!
