Pre-market, Tuesday, March 27, 2021
Good morning traders!
Here is the state of the market for today:
20 Days Trend: Up, ang getting stronger in its direction since last night.
VIX: 17.7. It stayed pretty much in a tight range, this might be an indication of consolidation/strnght.
Market
So far we have seen this market going higher at a slow but steady peace, not breaking out the current VA, but expanding it, and not fully coming back to the previous VAL, but going to a point around VPOC and the VAL. from this, we can infer this has entered a balances state, that might need some news to be broken. From here we can profit of knowing the pattern, and try to milk it:
1.-Coming back into value, near VAL, and going for a new high.
2.-Going directly to a new high, and coming back to VPOC.
3.-Failing, and breaking through VAL.
From here, I will like to go long.
Buy: 4173.25. Stop 4163. Profit 4189.
