ETC needs to soon break out
it is clear that ETC is in key and strong resistance, it needs to have a big enough push to get ETC through the zone from 18 to 21 $ that takes time, I hope it happens. Soon. If we do not break through this area soon, ETC will return to $ 12-14 :(
