Possible Inverse H&S on ETH USDT!!!

All eyes on BTC right now, and while it seems to have decoupled from alts during the rally so far, ETH PA has formed a nice Inverse H&S that could signal upside, maybe for the the other major alt/USDT pairs as well... we shall see...
