Not so clever criminals are using the Ethereum free pass to commit investor fraud. I have seen too many NFT projects utilizing sexualized content as its main marketing campaign. Investors being offered these assets will be paying the price for the incompetence of the Securities and Exchange Commission. With every passing minute The Ethereum network looks more and more like a parlor house and NOT a technology worth your consideration!
