Proper Trading Practices should be in play at this moment. We are and have been in a declining market, Now that the moving averages are pulling into the price it tends to squeeze us lower and lower, until we are able to break out. This market will not make it easy for it to recover and start another rally. My next targets on ETH will be under $200 area. Buying can start again at around $210. You want to wait for the bottom and then start buying just to be safe.
