Eth Usdt monthly chart is very bullish
In 3 reasons i can tell that
1 - monthly candle ( we can see sellers drop the price but buyers was winer )
2 - RSI is going up of 50 (we just need a trigger)
4 - ROC going up of last LH
We just stat a bull run
