IS IT TIME TO GO SHORT??
PRICE HAS BEEN BEARISH FOR QUITE A WHILE. CURRENTLY IT HAS RETRACED A TESTED A MINOR RESISTANCE. COULD IT BECOME BULLISH?? OR WOULD IT CREATE ANOTHER IMPULSE?? HELP ME OUT.
