Monday 7.12, for last Friday:
• EURUSD has risen 30 pips against the previous day close; hit target set on Thursday.
• ↑ 56 pips High & Low extreme move, vs. 64.4 pips of 22 day Average Range.
Strength (0~10) Comparison:
• USD in early session WEAK 2.2 -> 1.5 WEAK of late session
• EUR in early session MEDIUM 4.8 -> 4.5 MEDIUM of late session
Market Focus & Moods:
• Risk currencies rose, Stock rose, Oil price rose, even Bonds Yields rose as well. The news front was quiet with nothing of consequence in the US… That's enough to make things clear, I believe a new rally begin.
• Monday, soft economic data in European session, and US has a Fed's William's speech, and 3/10 Year Note Auction in the afternoon.
Next Step:
• I expect a test resistance upside 1.1900 and close below 1.1925. Support level: 1st 1.1855, 2nd strong 1.1830.
