Continuation or retracement?

EurUsd is in a deciding moment. Either we continue with the long downtrend or just retraces to 78.6 % of the current uptrend. Price is forming a head and shoulder in the 1 hr and 4 hr timeframe. Looking to sell for 100 pips. Happy trading!
