DXY is bullsih, applying risk to a bearish breaker on EU

The unicorn setup is also visible on the 15 min chart. AMD formed from London to NYC AmNote
when EU took out the 1.07701 low, DXY made a new swing high, so partials or stops to BE at that level should have been made.
