If it breaks the lower TL it is a sell, if it breaks the upper one it s a buy.
If it falls to 148-150 that can be the end of the downtrend.

Performed very nice now it broke the trend line to the upside. I am waiting a retest of trend line and buy.Note
Now it's close to retest the line, let's see if it bounce or break again for more down move.
