I see a push to the down side in order to create the head then i push up to create the neck formation which is also a resistance. price will then push back down to the 1.33444 area, to create a shoulders. we should then start to see the formation of an upside down head and soulders pattern at the 1.32600 area , followed by a nice push up tp the green line.
