we are in a major trend up from 1045 to the current price if it breaks dont expect the price will go for 1200 and go up again above 1300 -1400
on short or midterm

we can short tha gold for years (can you blive that) from 1983 to 1988 we had descending triangle failur sample do your own home work and see for how long we short gold that time
