A few minutes ago, WPR published a short report on GSHD.

Main reasons to join:
- the sector finance and insurance is generally in decline according to the latest report of Institute of Supply Management (ISM), as stated in their latest survey for the services PMI
- GSHD declined already from great heights due to collapsed demand, as they focus on new home owners
- GSHD is headed the founding family, who enrich themselves but not their investors (CEO, his wife and his son are all in the management team!!! = nepotism) => RED FLAG
- dividends are financed via debt !!! => RED FLAG
