ICX looks bullish if the following occurs:
ICX looks bullish if the following occurs:
- RSI breaks 60+.
- Price action breaks resistance.
- Adx black line crosses 25 with fat DMI spread.
- Macd doesn't have the best setup so it looks like it can run sideways for a bit until bullish break.
- BTC can outperform ICX in which case destroys this chart. BTC needs to remain stable.
