There is a divergence that speaks of a future decline. But Moving Averages are aimed at the top and building a local bullish trend . Therefore, we need to wait for confirmation. The confirmation will be the fixing of the price below or above the resistance level $ 40.644.
If the price is fixed above the resistance level , you can open a long position.
If the price is fixed below the resistance level , you can open a short position.
