Cypher Pattern

Try to really imagine this pattern before it happens, This is the most powerful and common of all the patterns, works great long or short, works incredible at tops and bottoms of moves. We love this in 1 minute and 5 minute time frame

Find obvious XA move, B must have at least a 382 pullback cannot close outside of 618, wicks are ok, think of or draw a box for B pullback

Measure from X anchor to A and back to X

Mark off 1.272/1.414 ext window, Look left for structure, Can consider short here- works better in higher tf 1 hour plus, works great on opening drive (short), can play right off 1.414 ext, wick through and reclaim of box is valid still, close outside is a cancelled pattern

Short at 1.272, Look for pin bat, inside bar, engulfing bar, can enter limit w good

structure, tp1 is 382 take 1/2 off adn move stop to entry , (can skip tp 1, do not skip

moving stop!) tp 2 =618 tp 3 =786

786 is flip level, Look for Pin bar, Eng Bar, Inside Bar, low tf 2 618 or even harmonic

Make sure to measure from X to B for targets if short from 1.272 extension

But most importantly for 618 and 786, be aware this can be 2 618 and a pin bar off

618 best to scale, but watch for fake and quick drop to 786 trigger,

Always look for price action at trigger level, Pin bar, Eng Bar, Inside bar, wick

through and reclaim off 786 w pin bar is UBER bullish, watch for buyers right

against X but realize lower it goes higher fail rate

Note

If watching the dom on hard drop you want to see a pause at trigger level, orders

absorbed, but price holds put, good sign it is going to work. The tape starts really

picking up velocity, moves higher w intensity. Make sure targets are drawn before triggerer is hit, No guessing!
