MGM Growth Properties has great potential to outperform the market. I believe that right now is a good pullback price and based on a DCF Valuation it is trading at a discount currently. MMGP is at a 6.57 Div/Yield rate and climbing. On top of the great dividend, it has shown solid Capital Appreciation and I'm looking for continuing growth. On top of this, MGP has solid intrinsic value in purchasing ground leases.
