You could put a Stop/Limit order at 54, however, MTCH need to trade below $54 to activate the order than above $54 so you sale actually executes.

Just for clarification, all my IDEA / suggestions are for LONG/SHORT Time Trading. NOT FOR SHORT SELLING.
