Took 3 trades in NY
NAS is bearish on monthly, weekly, daily, and H8 levels. Looking for a HOD sell. Price started pumping before NY open. Previous H4 High got faked out near the High of Day. Took it as a H8 Breakout Continuation setup. Took partials at Previous Day Low.
US30 is bullish on monthly, weekly, and daily levels. Previous Day High got faked out earlier in the day, which gives me an immediate bearish bias. I don't counter that move unless I get a Previous H8 Low fakeout. Took the trade as a Fakeout Retracement setup. Took partials at Previous Day High and my runners got taken out on the strong move back down.
Once the Previous H8 High got faked out at the High of Day, that's a Breakout Reversal setup for me. When price got below Previous Day High that confirms a False Breakout setup. I waited for a pullback and entered for the sell down to the Low of Day. Took partials at Previous H8 Low.
