NASDAQ100 : Would you buy at a major resistance ?

The tech heavy NASDAQ100 index reached a major resistance level , the 1.618 fib golden level .
I wouldn't buy now if you ask me , but that doesn't mean that you could open short position , especially with the trillions printed by the FED .

I'm Neutral now .
