This presents a good setup for bears with a good RR. The next few weeks should be interesting.

Price has gone a bit too high for my liking, plus, after the formation of that hammer, I knew there would be more bulls coming in the market. So I'd say bulls have taken over for nowNote

Bulls are indeed in charge. After spotting that big hammer, it was some kind of signal that there were more buyers than sellers.
