NAVB - NAVIDEA BIOPHARMACEUTICALS has complete a very long belly formation and recently we have seen new accumulation. Above 4.87 a break out would carry the stock to 6.50 area. I believe there is news coming from the company and that would increase the price and it may be the for the stock accumulation.
