Note
there is a descending triangle which is crossing the long term triangle as well as support line of neo. most likely from this point we should break up. if we can break the resistance of the triangle, we can fluctuate around the upper green line. the one unconvincing factor is the low volume, which doesn't support a bullish behavior.
