NEO possible cup & handle formation
NEO has a lot of potential in my opinion, seems like a sleeping giant to me. The price accumulated at the bottom and now it might turn into a cup & handle pattern. Judging by all the FUD & panic created by China, if positive news come out this baby should fly to sky high.
