NQ - New leg up after bull flag
NQ has strong momentum as small caps ( IWM ). In area 7100 - 7200 there are strong bullish volume. ADX comes from very low readings about 10 with strong momentum so its usually sign of new strong trend is developing in background. Price breakout previous wide trading range 6400 - 7030
