I anticipate downside move until around 9.30. => if no new low of the day around that time=> one more upside leg is anticipated

I would like to see HRLR upside corrective move before 9.30 => on 9.30 news I anticipate the main decline to start.There is still risk of a new daily high due to the 9.30 news volatilty.
